    Hi,

    Transitional Protection will be calculated automatically. There is no need to request it, but there's also no harm in doing so. (If you had SDP there should be a lot of TP, if you didn't have SDP then there may not be any TP.)

    Again, the transition from ESA SG to LCWRA should be automatic, but it's still advised to write a note in the journal anyway.

    The categories have changed recently so I'm not sure which is best. You may not have a Work Coach at all if the system is all working smoothly now (those of us with LCWRA don't have one) but if there is a category for Work Coach at this point then that would be a good one to use. If not, then the 'payment' category seems to be read most reliably.

    I would put the note under work coach for now. If you don't get a response within 3 days then put another one under payment.

    The statement won't be generated until mid March. I know it's a long wait but hopefully it will all be correct by then. 🙂
