Assessment period question!
Hi, my UC assessment period ran from the 17th Jan to 16th Feb for this month, so today I received my statement with my entitlement for this month. Anyway, today was the start of mine and my fiancée’s tenancy in our first home, so obviously we updated our individual UC accounts and claimed jointly. I joined her claim, so we get our UC on the 13th of every month (as she always has done). My question is, will I still receive my final sole UC payment as my assessment period had passed for the month and my statement was available. Also, I believe UC is paid in arrears, so I believe I should still be entitled to the money. I hope someone can help me, thanks!

UC is paid one month in arrears, so you should still get the payment.
There might be a small deduction from your first couples award, for the days you've already been paid as a single.
