hi everyone thanks for letting me join

Ive recentley had two lots of heart surgey two strokes

I filled in a esa50 and was to have a phone assestment by maximus but it got cancelled as got eviedence and sent it back to dwp


how long will it take before i hear anything

    any one help with how long it takes from dwp after maximus sends your health assessment back without having the phone appointment as they cancelled having evidence

    So when that happens, it's called a paper based assessment. Meaning the assessor had enough information to make a recommendation with minimal, or no input from the claimant.

    Once the assessment report is returned decision timescales are anything up to 12 weeks.

    If its esa 50 Ir esa can be a year but that's with Capita , it's a review though

    Returning the ESA50 form is stage one of the WCA.

    An assessment is stage two.

    As I advised once the assessment report is given to the DWP, timescales are anything up to 12 weeks for a decision.

    I’ve been advised that I’m in a support group and I’m not entitled to any income as I’ve not paid enough contributions but I’ve still got to pay this years awaiting accountant to do my book
