I need help as Lambeth has mis calculated my Social services assessment and I have pointed this out to them SEVERAL TIMES via complaints and even got emails  from  but they STILL don't understand that there is a serious error in my assessment. I have now complained to the Ombudsman and hopefully they can sort it out.

    This sounds like an incredibly stressful situation, I hope you're okay.

    It's good that you have complained to the Ombudsman, hopefully you won't have to wait too long to hear back from them.

    This has been STRESSFUL as I know there have been an error but Lambeth just don't want to admit that there is an error and want a new assessment. This been happening for at least 2 years and it is CLEARLY in black and white by what I sent I this thread.

    No problem. I have hit a wall as it seems the ombudsman has rejected my complaint even I know I have a good case.

    Here I just send to Lambeth.

    Do look at the top of the DIA Care which is 101.75 and look at the DLA Care at the bottom which is 33.65 which is WRONG and it should be 101.75 which was the amount in 23/24 and should be 101.75 which is the CORRECTamount. . It was done wrong and this is why I want a new assessment and I tried to tell you ar least 3 times. Also why is the DIA Care is only at the top part. As I said please do another re assessment or I will pushed this complaint upwards towards the ombudsman.  I do not want to donthis this so please do a re assessment.
