I'm having problems WITH LWRCA AND UC HELP pleasee

Hi everyone. There is no support from what I can find on or with UC Or even a department that deals with LWRCA. So back story. I was migrated over to UC in September, Previously to that I was on income support with disabled element, Pip, Carrers allowance, Child tax, Child benefit and DLA for my daughter. When I was moved over my disabled element didn't go over with me I was put as a carrer and our money stripped. I got C.A involved and they told me I should have put in for LWCRA or even just be on it considering I am disabled both physically and mentally. So I did so and had problems with that because the forms caused for me to have a mental breakdown with it being determined as trauma coming out due to my financial instability (I have the proof) and am only really coming out of that now. I finally had a call in February who I was on the call for less than 5 minutes when the lady said she had heard all she needed to hear and recently been given the element. Now at the time I was awarded it I was on a change of number which in itself was hard enough and couldn't read the letter when i was awarded and still don't understand it. But the lady that called about my number has said its been backdated to 7 months ago but i won't be receiving any backdate that will come as time not money. I have now read it and it doesn't state any of that and I've been on a Misson to get what it owed to us. Considering we have had to move around so much fleeing my ex who I led 6 years ago and even sleep on the floor because I need a bed. I've been advised that I have to ask for it to be backdated (From 3 months after when I was oked which is 03/09/2024) and that also its up to them but yet the letter states that I will he backdated.

    Income Support doesn't give any automatic entitlement to LCWRA. Only ESA does.

    I can't see how you'd be owed 7 months since you only migrated in September.

    LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.

    What date did you report the health condition?

    What date was your first Fit Note?

    Were there any gaps in handing in Fit Notes, any that were backdated etc?

    Do you claim with a partner who gets LCWRA, have Transitional Protection on your claim or receive Carers Element in your name?

    Finally what is your UC assessment period or payment date?
