UC PHONE ASSESMENT
Hi can any one help me, I have an UC phone assessment next week due to my spine problems vertigo and balance issues going on for over a year, is this assessment same as pip which is based on score, and how long after the assessment will start getting payments I mean payment until a decision is made, and does anyone had this kind of health issues where it's been awarded the highest, I have anxiety including sleep issues with balance walking problems plus shaky hands , please someone help me.

To get LCWRA you need to meet one of the below descriptors.
LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
If there are any gaps in handing in Fit Notes, any that were backdated etc it will affect the waiting period.
If the decision is quick it's likely no backpay will be due, and where you are in the waiting period determines how long you have to wait for the element to be payable each month.
Do you have Transitional Protection on your claim or claim with a partner who gets LCWRA themselves?
