Are screenshots of journeys by taxi acceptable evidence?

I have sent in screenshots of journeys by taxi and I phoned to see how long it would take 20 days which is crazy and they said they have received the information but couldnt tell me if the evidence was suitable. Any ideas if this would be accepted ? Thank you in advance.
