I filled in a change of circumstance form & all my recent and ongoing hospital appointments way back in November/December 2024 & still have not had a reply. Should I call them, or wait?

Hello @MARTYBHOY. Reviews and change of circumstances are taking quite a while at the moment so it's not an unusual timeframe.

Have you had confirmation that they've received your information? If not it might be worth checking.
