Benefits Question

Hi Team
Hope you’re well
I work and live with my mother as well as look after my mum who’s on ESA and PIP as she suffers from a mental illness which incapacitates her in many aspects. She has a doctor who sees her at home every year.
She receives ESA ( income related) and PIP, and I wonder if we were to move to a new house and leave the council home and I acquire my own place , would she lose her benefits.

*Edited - Misread the question initially.*
If you move out and leave your Mother in the council house, that won't affect her ESA or PIP.
If all of you move to a private home, including her, that also won't affect her ESA or PIP.
Her income related ESA will be migrated to Universal Credit at some point this year.

Thank you so much @OverlyAnxious . There was someone on the ESA line who said if mum moved address and because she’s on the ESA income related she would lose it because I work , but she didn’t sound too convincing which necessitated that I look into it further.
Much obliged
