hi everyone,
can you please tell me , i just recive email from pip we have awarded your pip . My question is ! Did we need to give them money back? Is my first time i claim pip and i recive to much for first time 6200£
I came to UK4 years ago and I want to know if this affect anything when i need to change on settled status
I have more than 10 years i never work because of my problems
But now im worried if they gonna ask me for the money to give them back .
i apply for pip on may last year and i recive email on oxtober they looking to make a decision and on 20 February this year they confirmed ☑️ im going to claim pip 🥹

Hi,
That £6,200 is the back payment to cover all of the months between you making the claim and the DWP accepting the claim.
You do not need to pay that back.
Moving forward, you will just get the normal payment ever 4 weeks on the same weekday each time.
