LCWRA help with timeline and payment please

Hi I put my first fit note in on the 15th October again in November and then again in December I then had a form sent to me which I had extra time allowed on and sent it back late start of February (I'm still putting in fit notes) I hadn't had no reply to say they recieved my documents or anything so I phoned them Monday(24th) and was told that a decision was already made on the 21st and its been sent back to UC I phoned UC to which they said they haven't received anything but it could be with the decision maker and to wait abit longer I'm just confused to what this means as I didn't have a telephone assesment the last did say this could mean that they had all medical evidence needed and I didn't need an assesment so I'm just asking for some advice on what you think could be happening and if I am accepted when will i start recieving my award (if given) thank you in advance :)

It sounds like you were given a paper based assessment. This happens when the assessor feels they have enough information to make a decision with little or no further input from you.
What date did you report the health condition, and what is your UC assessment period?
How long was your December Fit Note for?

Oh okay thank you just one more thing on that does that normally mean I will be awarded it or does that just mean that there's enough evidence to tell me yes or no? And I put my first one 15th oct to 4th nov then 4th to 3rd Dec then 3rd to 1 jan then 2nd Jan to 31st Jan then 1st Feb to 28th Feb ( I'll be getting another one tomorrow) thank you again :)

It just means they felt they had enough information to make a decision.
I do need your UC assessment period date and the date you reported the health condition.

Thank you and sorry It says I reported it 15th October but it's effective from the 12th September and my assesment dates are 13th to 12th of every month thank you :)

Your waiting period would be:
October/November AP1
November/December AP2
December/January AP3
January/February Eligible for LCWRA element
February 19th: First LCWRA element paid.
Once the decision is made, if it's for LCWRA it will take them some time to process both the monthly payment and backpay.
You'll know when the latter has been done as a letter will be added to your Journal, confirming the amount owed. Payment will then arrive into your bank account a few working days later.

Okay thank you so much just to confirm if I was to be accepted I would be backdated the Jan and Feb?

Yes that's correct as your first eligible payment would be February 19th.
