My story starts, sept 22, till march 23, EDF complaint, bad customer service, nothing more. My WHD not paid, I raise issues to EHU,Citizens advice, they help me, I get out, 6 maths late via cheque. EDF gone from what was OK, no issues as customer for by then, 15 yrs, min. To hostile and difficult. WHD changed, new criteria BEIS, (now DESNZ),to core group 2, Benefit, me ESA, plus your EPC. I clearly was entitled to payment, as got it, 6 mths later. The miniute my cheque cleared, I swear truth, EDF (Seeka, still unclear who these bogus persons really are, anyone?) Threatening me, 3td time at my door, they accuse me of (police called for my safety, witnesses), "Stealing, not paying for electric on PREPAYMENT METRE KEY". Yes folks, you read that correctly! Disturbing the leaseholders, data breached in public, my name, contact, business, alm discussed at length, dob, you name it public hallway, outside peoples doors, cctv. Police no arrest, no dealing with false claims, malicious falsehoods, to accuse me of a crime I did not do, false, harassment and no sorry, apology. To this date, EDF not do a thing to put it right. My consumer rights violated, its defamation and reputation damage, then add accused of being a vexatious complainer, rude, abusive, difficult, you name it, EDF find that to me. Do my 6 mth delay to get the money not ever explained, they withheld it for fun. Only when Citizens advice, EHU got involved, it got paid. Bug custs me in complaints, time, money, sp lose lose.

OK now for the criminality, fraud of government and a Newham council, VOA, others.

Start of next period, Sept 23 till March 24. My money not paid, chasing it, nothing. Told, on its way, coming etc, nothing. Again EHU, citizens advice get involved, now this time, longer delays more ignored, fobbed off. Escalates, ofgem, they did nothing. The next stage Energy Ombudsman, the abuses, staggeringly bad. They did nothing. After chasing, EHU involved, finally response received, after EDF told response, April 24, mine, Aug 24. They claimed no customer service issues, did not even note a thing. Not standards failures, etc, no cusrs, losses, damages, nothing. Tk not even say sorry. Then the WHD, claim, I should get paid GOODWILL only? For what? Goodwill for what exactly? Claims now, not EPC. But that's the fraud.

The fraud, my council, Newham cannot rent, least no epc, my fiat, block public property and its public data. My flat only one missing out if 200 plus in my Rd. Pulled of estate agents websites, at exactly the time, VIA, shrank my flat size, removed over 7 to 13 Square metres on it. So as prove they're wrong needed, my flat vanishes everywhere.

The facts, EPC started mandatory scheme, 2008. 10 yr certificates. So end date, 2018. All flats, expired, new uodated by council, there in government website. Money, totally missing. Then add more fraud, If I git paid WHD for Sept 22 to March 23, 6 maths late, THE EPC CLEARLY EXISTS, CURRENT! SO WHERE HAS IT GONE,? The government staff, civil servants dishonesty fraud, firstly DESNZ, BEIS, no attempt to do aching to help me. Now, blackmailing me, buy it or eise not paying you, my council, landlords should provide, my FOI, SAR sent, nothing in noway plus, recently. Information commissioner nothing could not careless. My action fraud, report states a crime met police, deny it. Now claims, even with EOC, your not eligible, but clearly I am, was, Sept 22, to March 23 under new scheme rules, so why not now?

EDF, sent a random cheque, £150.00 "Money we owe you", for what? No money owed to me ever. WHD late, not paid. Your all understand, accepting a cheque, ambiguous claims, no terms, conditions, dates, explaining it, its neither binding, legal, or correct processes, or even to be trusted. Accept then supporting fraud, blackmail, tied into what? As this yr, Aug 24, till march 25, claims, I am now not eligible so accepting goodwill will cement that fraud.

My landlords, Newham Council behind it. Remember folks, Cotizrjs advice, trading standards, fraud, the council not paid fines as no EPC, renting, leasing my fiat, fines not applied, paid.

Add the hundreds of thousands wasted in time, money council, ministers, all, rather then pay me, £300.00 due now. How much of no complaints, this resolved in a mth saved? That would pay all of you, pensioners. As how dare civil servants spend, tens of thousands in complaints, when fix, proportionately way cheaper, easier then the waste of time, money, public resources.

The defamation,I am agreement of the land, a law breakers, not recognising the law, authority etc. Yes smart people, you note I called police, reported this fraud, I am raising cuvimlaw, customer rights issues, following an authorities complaint processes. Defanatikn of character here, slander.

I have so much evidence, I recird everything, videos, cctv, calls, got the lot. As no trust in anyone, police, mp, ministers council these days. You can look up my MP, Sir Stephen Timms, he claims, me 15 yrs younger then pension age, need to claim Winter fuel, claim pension credit,yes you read that correctly. Tristan Bell, also told her that, wrote to me from Pensions, dept, truth folks, I have letters, emails, pr8ve if all of it. How insulting, rude, ageist is that to pensiiners, those losing money, lost money, or me, anyone in my situation. Apply fur a pension credit? What if I had learning disabilities, paranoia, language differences as it is, my mental trauma, state not great, as gas lighting me, daily process of abuse. Itsjnsukt to injury, how much does that fraud cost the country? As it is hearty fraud, abusive, malicious falsehoods, under pension age, I am told, I am not getting pension credits, Winter fuel, apply for it. It makes my blood boil.

Thus also raised in a county court, as council threatening me with illegal eviction, as allowing leaseholders, not my landlords, without expressed instruction letter, prove "We the London Borough of Newham allow.. llp, to act for us, give permission to leaseholders..., full consent, permission, as failed over I.e. 6 maths, to gain access, to do an annual gas inspection. To seek an injunction order, on behalf of....one source legal governance.

So not only lesaseholdsers pretending they are the council check Clerkenwell and Shoreditch, AUG 23, CASES, and Jan 25. It no EPC, they council, leaseholder on breach of tenancy. Oh, further fraud no valid lease, I did nothing wrong, not breached tenancy, did not refuse access. This is classic revenge if landlords, I took them to court, a trail, they admyred disrepair. Afterwards, cut my water if 6 mths, no repairs, now vexatious leaseholders taking me to court claiming I refuse access fur fas safety, trust me nkI have not done it once. So,that's why no EPC produced. Now 3yr, that court judges, refuse to make an order, judgement on my documents, to strike case, discharge injunctions, yet someone linked, crime if fraud noted, gond to prison!!!!

So folks, some of you say, but why are they, I got WHD, used to get it, complained, now they stopped my money......NOTE TO ALL, YOU SPEANKUP, ARE CORRECT, HAVE FACTS, EVIDENCE, PROVE, EXIECT AN ATTACK AGAIJST YIU PERSONALLY DURTY TACTICS USED, ABUSES. THE MORE I STATE, MRNTAL HEALTH TRAUMA, ABUSE, THE WORSE ITS GOT.

I do not say this to distress, upset, panic people, its warning to go carefully, be forewarned, fore armed. Its a warning to get help, support, know what your getting into, up against. But my advice, seriously, of you can cope, want to take on the DESNZ, do it! Go all in committed to it, be relentless, get evidence, prove, etc. Remember, there are millions of us,few mp,ministers, council staff, they're we bombard them, take action email, call, write, protest, speak out, reoirtit, they HAVE to back down. Imagine, if one million of us, at say, exactly 6pm, Fri, sent emails, letters, called, council, police, energy companies, put on civil claims, petitions, all on same day, they would crumble under it. So never ever under estimate, the more you do, we do, collectively, more of us, then them. They backed down on winter fuel, as pressure, media, public went nuts, campaigns, emails, letters, calls, in weeks, that backed down.

I am prepared to pay to prove fraud now. Anyone, can you advice on whom I send a civil claim to in governments depts? Or whose named on claims, i.e. minister if DESNZ? My mp? I know my council, trust me, tgTs already going on police stuff with IOPC.

I truly believe someone, anyone, Scooe, other, needs to set up joint cases against the government over this. As I bet so many lost money, defrauded, cheated out of it. Thats why they want me to shut up. I want to go public over this, prove the wrongs.

So my advice, go backwards, check, do you have any complaints dwp, councils, mp, related? of so, maybe why they are targeting you. Have you got your epc to hand, from landlords etc? Nope, then get a copy. Check your rights citizens advice EHU, advocates, check dates, events leading up to stoppage, are any issues linked? I.e landlords problems? Or post, or .......check, double check, what could have triggered your missing money?

Get help read information, money saving experts, Scope clearly, energy bill, watch parliamentary depts, committed live, as helpful. Lobby all ministers, mp, cllrs in your area, or state depts. Get help, advocacy, where possible, help of family, mates, but make sure you know your rights, no good having ago at someone, or being random, they love that, use it against you. They love us distressed, upset, vulnerable, its them using it, weaponozisng our poverty, debts, mental depressions, anxiety, upsets against us.

I am with you, mentally, in spirt, willing you on. I know you can get your money, fight back, I believe in you all. Try not to give up. Look up juducal revuews, appeals, complaint processes, what you can do next, escalate the moving WHD.

Warning!!! Never argue, shout scream, sweatr, try to remain calm. Easier said then done, as trust me, the way I have been treated, its mental health abuses. Make sure you look after yourself, each other, find a way not very easy, but to cope after the usually stressful calls, emails, letters.

I know, more if you might relate now I speak up, put pieces together, think of I can take them on, you can too. My fight, all our fight. I cannot let my local council waste, literally over £167k in legal bills, higher now, not take action, allow it. All that money, that's schools, kids, teens, pensioners, loosing support, care, compassion hell right there.

Good luck, I pray we all get back what our irgsl entitlements are, or at least, expose this. Both Tories, Labour behind it my case. Do not let them divide us, to beat us. Come teether, be strong, do not give up
