UC and Statutory Maternity Pay how show Earnings

Hello i have problem with fill UC form - Work and Earnings section. I have SMP [Statutory Maternity Pay] and that only what i getting, no more earnings and not sure how i should put that to form. If i getting SMP and i put amount there i still have to put something in usually earning cant write 0.00 , what i should write there?

    What you have put in is correct. They will not think you have both amounts because they only use what you've reported here as a guide to decide what work-related group you should be in. They will get the details of how much you receive in SMP or wages directly from HMRC. So what you have put is fine.

    Your screenshots have your full name which should probably be removed though.
