Tribunal telephone hearing

Hi just wanted to find out as much I can before the telephone tribunal hearing. what kind of questions do they ask you etc. my memory is not good I get mixed up my anxiety levels are through the roof I'm having even more panic attacks its destroying me

Hey @ketokid please try not to panic too much, it'll all be fine and over before you know it.
I found writing down important things I thought would be needed helped loads. I'd do a list, using bullet points. That way you'll not forget anything in the moment.

They'll just be asking for clarification over your answers to the original assessment, so it wont be too bad. I found the tribunal to all be really caring and they really did seem like they cared about me. It was so so different to the original assessment!

I had the option to ask for a phone or video tribunal, but they cant guarantee that they'll be able to oblige.
