hi all you lovely people I need dip to just send me a proof of my pension credit by email . I have sent a letter to FLast@dwp.gov.uk requesting all sent via email has anyone had successfully managed this ?

you're not supposed to email the DWP unless they specifically give you an email address when you contact them (usually by phone).

if that email address is accurate, they'll honour your request, but tell you not to contact them via that address again.

Hi @landorhope, welcome to the community. I haven't heard many people having success with emailing unfortunately as the DWP often prefer things to be done over phone call or letter. I hope you hear back soon though, let us know how you get on!
