Hello went to a PIP assessment around 2 years ago and got the award for 10 years, was told that my condition will never improve by the health assesser.
Do not mention that its got worse, if its pain get your painkillers through your doctor changed that is what they go by. Just go through the procedure as you did before to get PIP. Any paperwork they will have if you have been before only take any new paperwork with you.
