Retired due to work related illness

I had to retire in 2002 due to a work related illness. Company agreed to give me my pension. But no compensation and I didn't have the energy to appeal.I was only 40 when I had to retire.It was a big struggle for me and my family financially .I want answers from the company now.Can I get some advice please ๐Ÿ™

    I suggest that you speak to an expert in this field who will be able to give you the advice that you need.

    Your biggest hurdle will likely be time limits placed on claiming any sort of redress due to the fact that this all happened so long ago.

    if youโ€™re in a union they may be able to provide legal advice. Mine did. Try your local welfare right advisory organisation. People have sometimes got legal cover on their house insuranceโ€ฆ
