So few minutes ago I turned itv news my local mp hyndburn Council was on talking about the disability benefit cuts and was all up for it . Would she reply if I ask on how long this would take to come in affect if they decide to stop the pip lcwra? Can they stop the disability benefits straight away? I got an horrible feeling they can

    Primary legislation can't be overturned at the drop of a hat. Try not to worry too much, it will be a long, drawn out affair.

    Is your MP a newbie? They know there is no instant changes coming, but like to pop up in the media as being eager and compliant, for the attention of HMG (Brownie points).
