I have recently sent my pip review form off . My question is can I choose what assessment to have,? If they say face to face could I ask for telephone assessment and would they except? Even video call is better than face to face.

    Hey again @neil12345 you're able to ask for a telephone assessment for sure. Currently they prefer doing them over the phone anyway.
