hi there, so in a nutshell. I know I have always been sensitive to spirits. It's in my blood of Romany gypsy heritage. I always feel attachments around me, particularly a large very dark one who is very overpowering.
however tonight, I have felt this energy take over me, telling me repeatedly to get out and get away, not nastily, more like a warning. Then I felt my arms being controlled. One was moving towards my neck like something was being put around it, then the arm was pulled down like it was tightening around my neck, I could actually feel myself unable to breathe and scared, it felt strong and dark but more like showing me rather than trying to do it. Now I can't stop shaking and I don't know what to do. I am a normal, rational person, I don't imagine these things or make things like this up in my head. I sense things and sometimes feel, hear or see very small things but this as different. Anyone else had anything like this? Have any advice?? Anything!! It's late but I am a shaking wreck right now and I feel like I may be crazy
