CP SPORTS

Hi Folks
I'm not sure if this is the correct category to post in , however…
I am interested in taking part in sports activities in my area.
I am not on a wheel chair but was born with Hemiplegia.
I have contacted the CP sports using their website a few times, but I don't get a reply.
Any advice greatly appreciated

Contact local sports centre, they will usually have knowledge of most of sports in area, contact nos, where played etc.
IIn this area there is walking football, no contact games - depends what you consider your interests and how fit you feel you are to participate.
Try local voluntary office as they may know of more things or able to point you in direction if you know roughly what interests you
