Neil Couling
"I ran Jobcentre Plus, and I ran all the welfare reforms as well after the coalition government came in. But my biggest job has been as senior responsible owner for Universal Credit for the last 10 years and overseeing its transformation."
This 'responsible owner' is leaving the Civil Service, and the UC Programme he created, at the end of March.
Does anyone know who is to replace him?
My understanding is that no-one else (other than IDS, Timms..) knows much about the UC Programme. With UC migration set at 60k claimants a month by the last Tory government, how is this going to be managed?

For example HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) provide real time earnings information that comes through to us so we can assess 2 million people's Universal Credit data every month.😁
