Can someone please tell me what on earth this means?.I absolutely hate these people.I have a message saying an overpayment is recoverable and my Esa has been amended.but ut doesn't say what for?.it just says This was notified on March 12th 2025 by CIS Prompt/Atlas

    Hi,

    This is just a computer system that the DWP use. (CIS = Customer Information System). It doesn't give us any specific info on what the overpayment was for.

    If I remember rightly, you've had some issues with New Style ESA since migrating, so my best guess is that's what's caused an overpayment.
