universal credit regulation 89_b

hi,
has is anyone in this situation were both parents are caring for the same child due to a rare condition I joined universal credit last July 2024 after we had to migrate from CTC.
on the UC terms it states only one person can be main carer and is exempt from any work related activities but the other parent has to look for work to get UC.
at my first interview at the job centre I explained our situation that my child needs 2 people to do his treatment as he has a rare condition and his need a lot of looking after which the job centre did not want to agree to. so I went down the route of UC regulations 89_b and showed the manager of the job centre all my Childs medical notes and explained every thing which he then agreed to.
7 months later I have received a message on my journal have to attend a work search review, I am a bit worried to what they will say.
has anyone else used this regulation 89_b to be exempt from any work related activities or have they contacted yourselves for a review.
as I'm a bit worried as my child does need a lot of looking after and I have not time to go to these interviews.
