New style esa claim question

I’m on universal credit SINCE JANUARY 2025 . I applied for New style ESA on March 7th and have received a text in UC journal stating I have a phone appointment on 26th to Discuss MY claim New style ESA.
Has anyone had this before? Is this a commitment meeting? I’m really confused!
I suffer from Mental Health problems and will be over thinking until the phone appointment
