Hi, my name is jewles! Hoping to move but need support, any ideas?

Hi there am 68 and l live with my friend and carer who is 55 in an inner city maisonette up three flights of stairs which are becoming increasingly difficult to manage. My adult son who is on the spectrum also lives with us. Both my friend and l have suffered strokes in the past and have various long term side effects which we manage together. we both now need to move to a ground floor property out of london ideally with a garden as we have two small dogs. My son also needs his own space with some support to help him with independent living. We are increasingly finding help and assistance difficult as everything is now computerised which l can manage on a basic level but joy cannot manage at all. Any advice gratefully accepted.
Many thanks
Julie

Hi @jewles welcome to the community, I hope you're well today 😊
Have you had any luck with Citizen's Advice? They may be able to help with the admin sides of things and could point you in the direction of any further agencies that might be able to help.
What kind of assistance would be useful to you?
