Hi I'm migrating to uc I'm sofa surfing its have no id and I use my cousins bank always have for my esa and pip as past issues that an ex caused has stopped me being able to get a bank will uc still allow my payment to go into my cousins bank still as with being homeless she helps and pays my bills etc from her account and anything I want she orders for me as she's my care of address and having her do this helps me alot on a biographical I'd phone call do I have to speak or my cousin can speak for me I never use my phone for calls I have panic attacks on calls

Would you benefit from your Cousin acting as your appointee, if she is willing?
It seems like she already handles most things for you, making it official wouldn't be a bad thing.
