I was diagnosed with adhd in February and I was wondering if I need to inform universal credit if I’m not claiming any disability benefits? Also would I be sanctioned if I have left it 7 weeks?
thank you

Hi @tigerstar if you don't presently claim benefits you shouldn't I don't think. However, if you're intending to now you've been diagnosed, you can look into the benefits your entitled to, and go from there. Here's a link to where you can do that - Benefits calculators - GOV.UK

Hi,
Which elements of UC are you currently getting? If you're only getting the basic rate as a job seeker and the ADHD doesn't affect your ability to work then there's no need to report it.
