2 questions - confused

I'm just letting the dust settle a little with all this, especially with asking specific questions on here, but I'm confused in 2 areas, one regarding myself and another for a friend:
Did i read/hear correctly (or imagined it) that people on LCWRA who are reassessed before 2028 (myself) and pass a WCA and so quality again, won't lose their entitlement to LCWRA in the future regardless of the new 4 point PIP criteria. I thought i heard devil Woman Reeves state this?
I'm not on ESA, so apologies if my question isn't accurate!
Is the proposed merging of JSA and contributions based ESA and the proposed time limit it could be awarded for, specifically for the health element within ESA, or contributions based ESA as a whole?
Its confusing stuff :)

I probably should have posted this in the main Spring Statement thread!

Hey @SJM2023 it does seem the main thread is the best place to get answers. But unfortunately there's so many things we currently can't answer. Especially as things are not set in stone yet, so changes can happen.
