Spring statement

I just watch the spring statement yesterday . My adult son has schizophrenia, I am his carer .

I'm very worried about these proposals, and that they want to get people back into work . My son has good days and bad he's on medication,he gets agitated easily .

I really don't think he could be in a working environment . Also we're are all these jobs coming from I know people you've applied for retail ,and they say there's so many people applying for one vacancies so many people don't even get an interview . Even factory jobs are scarce now

. Rachel Reeves is out of touch I don't think she realises what poverty she is going to throw people into . My son's pip review was ment to be October this year .

But now I've been told it's been put back until April 26 ,what a coincidence as that will be the date everything's changing . I worry too I'm my son's carer , will carers loose there carers allowance too.

This will also have a knock on effect for carers and close family of the disabled person ,because if there benefits are going to be stopped or reduced , family members might be obliged to help out and pay for some of there essentials,as they themselves can no longer afford too.
