can someone answer me this, I’m on ESA and PIP, is it better to ask to go onto UC because we’re all going to have to go on it at some point, what I’m worried about is at the moment UC is £97 but after next year it goes down to £50, so have I got things muddled up and not understanding what I’m reading

What you are reading is the Government's wish list.
What eventually becomes law (takes a long time) is usually a watered down version of the Green Paper.
Migration letters will be sent out up until December. You then have a few months to apply.
Any changes won't have happened at that point and you'd be applying under the current system.
