It all depends on how much your Transitional Protection is.
With each eligible month for LCWRA element to be paid, your Transitional Protection will be reduced by £416.19 (a bit less for any between April 2023-2024).
If your TP exceeds the LCWRA amount then you won't be any better off financially or receive backpay.
If your TP doesn't exceed the LCWRA amount, there should be some money owed and your monthly payment should increase.

Many thanks for your reply dear. My TP is £320/month and I am submitting sick notes from October 2023 till today. In this situation can they refuse my backdated Lcwra payment.
Great full in advance for your kind help.

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods from the date of the first Fit Note. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
As long as your Fit Notes have been submitted without gaps (it's the date they are given to UC that counts, not the start date written on the Fit Note), then you should be backdated once your waiting period has ended.
