New Style ESA recipients - Proposed Changes

I can see from various threads those of us on this benefit, and not on UC are left adrift as no-one anywhere appears to be considering, far less attempting to clarify, the situation we face.
Given we are vastly outnumbered/drowned out on the main threads discussing the proposed changes, would it be useful for us to band together, form a plan of action to ensure our voices are heard along with those on means-tested benefits?
If this is something others wish to pursue, I'd like to suggest we should first attempt to obtain clarity - no mean feat!
I think once we have clarity, it allows us to focus and direct our responses/actions accordingly.
This is my personal 'wish list' in terms of clarity regarding:
- Whether there will be transitional protection for those currently in receipt of this.
- If there is transitional protection, the nature/duration of such protection.
- If there is not transitional protection do we qualify for the new 'Insurance' payment.
- If we do qualify for the 'Insurance' is that for the entire duration of its (yet to be defined) time-limited period?
- Is that time-limited period applied retrospectively i.e. if we've been on it for more than the (yet to be defined) period are we then automatically excluded?
- Is NS-ESA simply being axed on a specific date i.e. the day they axe the WCA?
My head just keeps buzzing with these questions, and I'm sure others have more!
I've been searching but cannot find anything/anyone clarifying these questions.
Has anyone found anything at all that might be useful to others in this position?
Sorry this is so long, I just needed to get it out of my head and onto (virtual) paper! IYKYK 😂
