Learning more about autism and adhd to support my partner

hi, I have recently found a beautiful young lady and we have been together for a month now, she has autism and adhd and I suffer with bad anxiety and depression/ emotional personality disorder.

I’m doing my best to learn about her conditions and I just want to support her as best as I can, she is an amazing woman and I am falling deeply in love with her.

Any advice would be most appreciated.

There was an excellent programme shown on channel 5 at 7pm last night @markoalleno . If you start by watching that, you will learn loads!

I think it was called "are you autistic" or "am i autistic" something like that,

Hi there I have two boys on the spectrum both with totally different needs I’ve found the website Ambitious about Autism to be invaluable throughout the years.

Please remember no two people are the same when it comes to Autism however patience & understanding is the best support you have in your tool box, the fact your enquiring about it shows how much you care.
