Re ESA IR/CB being migrated to UC - will this affect non residential care charges

hi everyone, good morning. I’m being migrated over to UC from ESA which means they’re taking over the income related
part. Will this lower the charges my council can make to me? Attached is the statement from the council. Thanks everyone
