Iam in ESA support group and have not been asessed for a couple of years. I receive PIP and its enhanced mobility. My PIP is for unlimited time. I receive Housing benefit and I top it up. I was retired early on medical grounds in Teacher's pension. My private pension is considered as they calculate my HB award.
Do I have to change to UC.

Yes as UC Housing Element is replacing Housing Benefit for working age claimants, unless living in supported or sheltered housing.
Your CB ESA will convert into New Style ESA, that plus your pension will be deducted in full from your UC award.
You can try a benefits calculator to estimate UC award.
