hi all sorry to bother you but I ave a question I have now received contact from work after over a year with no communication at all from management not even a welfare check at all and now finished me on dismissal due to capability which I get has I know I can’t do now due to my knees has I was a carer for the elderly which I love. I ave been off work due to aving a knee replacement and due to ave the other one done I ave now received the finally payment has I ave been there 7years and my holiday entitlement and got paid into my bank on mon what will happen to my universal credit

They will deduct it as earnings this month and may result in a nil award, but if u normally get ssp that will stop and uc will increase to fill rates of any eliments u qualify for I'd go for lcw or lcwra if u don't already get it

thank u charl1980 for your reply I thought there wud deduct it but wasn’t sure thought I better check will there deduct just this month or will it be a couple of months depending how much u get.
