Could someone try to give me some reassurance....

When these bank checks start do you think old undeclared accounts will show up that have been closed for over 5 years , either through old records or transactions?

Ive never had savings .... But I had a bad gambling problem it would be hell to try and explain in my current state

What with this and all the changes ahead I'm finding it hard to even change position at the moment 😔.... Terrifying

As you've been advised many times closed old accounts would not be of interest to UC especially if your capital is under £6000.

I think you'd need to be the subject of a very intense fraud investigation for them to investigate what you've had in closed accounts.

Not all the banks are on board with this data sharing with DWP.

If and when it does start, computers can only auto share so much. To go under closer scrutiny needs human manpower which is time consuming and expensive. So, unless some discrepancies flag up on your open accounts and UC, you should be ok.
