Hi need help with lcwra working it out I was on esa but for some reason they put me on uc back in September they said cause I was in prison and didn't get my 1st sick note in on October 22 2025 do had to go through the process which I don't mind any way put 1st sick note on October 22 got medical assessment on ,7 th April and get uc on 3rd every month some one work it out for me please as I'm not that bright got learning difficulty working things out

No money is paid for the first full three assessment periods for LCWRA.

Assuming there are no gaps in your Fit Notes (it is the date they are given to UC that counts).

My estimate of your waiting period:

September/October: Partial Assessment Period, not included for waiting period

October/November: AP 1

November/December: AP 2

December/January: AP 3

January/February: Eligible for LCWRA payment

March 3rd: First LCWRA paid.

So up until today you would be owed 2 months LCWRA element if that is the result of your assessment.
