Hi, I wrote about spd a few months ago wondering how long it might take.
I managed to get a extension on the UC migration date as many things have happened since then, and a friend who works with Citizens advice has offered advice. Stating that the usual time is 12 weeks.
Of which I understand these things can and do take time.
I called up at the beginning of March to ask about the progress and the kind gentleman said that it hadn't been looked at and that he would put a note in the system.
It's been 12 weeks now and I still haven't heard anything, another month since then.
Do you have any advice? Do I call again?

I don't think it would do any harm to call again.
