Hi, does anybody have any new info about what is happening with the long term cb Esa and dla people, and this new time limited unemployment benefit? I can't seem to find any clarification on it yet.

I am in the same situation as you.

Unfortunately not.
Nothing was mentioned about it in the Chancellors spending review statement yesterday.

Hi, its crazy, how can they leave people hanging like this and cause so much anxiety. If it becomes time limited, after which people are moved to uc (if even eligible) after the changes, then how can it be fair that new claimants wil be roughly £50 a wk less than people already on uc. Not to mention the pip changes as well where it looks like people will lose even more money. It's going to cause so much hardship for the genuinely ill people

Hi luvpink, I didn't see that you are already on pip so hopefully they may leave you alone till your next review at least. I'm still on dla and don't have a clue when il be changed over. All this stress is not good but I don't think the government could careless sadly.
