Hi, my name is antheamck! Am I entitled to carers element?

hi guys I’m new to this forum if anybody’s able to assist me with this question basically been migrated from Esa to I have high low mobility for myself my daughter she has and low mobility She’s 13. I get carers allowance but it’s automatically deducted from UC pound for pound however I don’t receive the 193 carer element from though they’re aware of my carers from the start so I have to apply for the element or would that have been applied to my claim from the start on confirmation of my carry’s or am I not entitled to it due to the fact that I get disability for myself? I have processing disability too and struggle to find the answers online . Tia

Did you migrate from ESA Support Group?
If so you will receive the UC equivalent, LCWRA.
The same person cannot get both LCWRA and Carers Element.
Only the higher amount is paid which for you is LCWRA.
