Hi team... ex sky sports customer here. Recently joined virgin. We have logged out of sky sports on our devices but everytime we try to log in through virgin media it pushes back into the old sky account which of course isn't active. We have deleted and re installed the app. Any advice?

Hi @claudia32 that sounds very annoying! The only thing I can think is have you checked if your logins are stored on your phone in a keychain etc which are automatically filling it in when you're going to login?

I did find a few users experiencing similar issues and virgin worked with them to resolve it so it might be worth contacting their support team. This is one of the similar issues I found - Hi. Cannot log into Sky Sports app/ wont register virgin credentials | Virgin Media Community - 5475603

Goodluck being with virgin, they are a nightmare and have the worst reviews out of all broadband companies. (see trustpilot). The only thing I can suggest doing is deleting cookies and app data on your devices, and reinstall the app. This should wipe any kept data on your device.
