Hi I wonder if there is any help for anyone regarding a work injury which the insured have disputed liability

    Hi if you are in a union they will be able to advise you.

    You could look into claiming industrial injury .benefit

    Thanks very much for your reply, and yes I do have a solicitor and he has sent me an email today in response from the insurers, and asking me to respond back to there email. I am just struggling to gather the wordings as it will go to the insurers which I think needs to be standout.
