Hi I send my heath condition questionnaire UC50 and the decision was that I can do some work so after that I sent all my documents to them and during this time they send me another heath condition questionnaire again that I filled it and sent after that the decision on my first claim that I sent my documents received that they didn't change their mind,now I wanted to know what will happen to my second claim?

Hi @Nahid and welcome to the community. It's difficult to say as only DWP will know that but if you've submitted further detail that will support your claim, hopefully it'll be a more positive outcome.

Thanks for replying my massage. I submitted my application on 10/2024 and I got the decision on 19/12/2024 after that I uploaded my documents on 23/12/24 After that I got another Capability for Work (UC50) questionnaire on February and I sent it back on 13 March with copy of my all documents. Recently they asked me to upload my documents again for application on 19/12/2024. Now I wanted to know what happened on my second application? Do you think do i need assessment again or is it all over? Thanks

As Iam waiting for totally help replacement surgery and my moving around limited as I got 10 point of adult disability payment.
