Terrible experience with health service

Maybe you were unfortunate to have recieved something that wasn’t fit for purpose.
This then has altered your skin and no one can offer you an explanation or treatment. A rare reaction, unique to you.
Is it causing discomfort? It may be a case of having to accept they can’t explain this.

@Yani09 it was unfortunate. A dodgy seller. It's because of Amazon marketplace.
There is no reaction, though. It 'the microbial thing' bonded to my skin and was able to maintain itself on the skin in spite of the skin's shedding mechanism.
They haven't been able to, but there are lots of things we don't fully understand that we can still treat.

@slovinton I could try this. I was considering investing in a digital microscope/dermatoscope. They are expensive, mind. Some of the obstacle is cost. 500 pounds for this product. I was looking at a way I could maybe rent one.

Hopefully one day soon you will get this resolved. Maybe there was some malice at play. Best wishes.
