DRO & UC Advance

I’m in receipt of UC and had an advance and a new claim advance previously. I’m currently in a DRO and the UC advances were included in this (I’m in the 12 month moratorium period).
I’ve read on this forum and other forums that you can apply for a new advance as your others are settled (people in the same situation where they’re in the moratorium period also). But I’ve called UC this morning and I’ve been really upset with the lady I spoke with. She was very dictatorial and rude. Point blank refused an advance saying it’s due to affordability because I’m in a DRO.
I advised her I’ve read the guidance for decision makers and it simply says you can’t have any outstanding repayments for advances (which I don’t), and nothing about affordability. Asked where to find the T&Cs for this and she told me she was ending the call!
Really upset as I really need this money. Any advice would be great please 🙏🏼
