Confused about journal

in Universal Credit (UC)

I've finally done my uc form. And now have access to the journal, but I'm confused as to whys there's 2 entries in purple. Both entries I'm sure I done, and there's nothing in my to do list. Should I be concerned? Please help. Thank you in advance.

    Oh ok, thank you. It's just the other then greyed out once completed. But these didn't.

    Did you go back and check all was completed? Click on purple.. scroll through to check you haven’t missed anything.

    Yes I did go back and check and saw nothing there to do
