need help for my Visual impairment adult son

Hello
I have a son age31 still living at home with visual impairment with possibility of autism/ADHD, I'm really looking for help for his mental wellbeing for him to begin living independently as I now have have my own health issues and he's getting to much for me, as i find him very challenging when he becomes angry and frustrated.
i really don't know where to start for my son to get the right support and living skills as he has always depended on me.

Hi @emma_louise_154 and welcome to the forum. It sounds like a good time to look at a care assessment which is completed by the NHS in order to review your sons needs, and what can be put in place both financially and from a care support perspective.
Best wishes,

Sorry @emma_louise_154, forgot to add it might also be worthwhile contacting your GP to review the potential ADHD/autism to see if you can get a diagnosis which will help secure some additional support.
Best wishes,

Have you considered asking for a sensory support assessment from adult sensory support if you contact your local authority they should be able to help
