Green power scammed me!!

JH500 scooter purchased on January 6, 2025. Delivered two days later. On the fourth day, it left me on the street, not working. I had to call a tow truck. A six-hour wait in the middle of January, with snowflakes falling on the street. I have multiple disabilities.
In two months, the scooter had six visits from technicians to repair it. They replaced the motor, and the battery had problems. They broke the seat and basket and had to replace them. They also had to repaint it, which the careless technicians damaged. The motor stopped working. I received electric shocks while riding the scooter. Problems with the shock absorbers. Small transport wheels. Metal-like noises as if they were shaking metal in a box. During one of the repairs, they tore my transport bag and didn't recognize it. Every time they spoke to me, they mocked me. Zero good manners. It took them as long as they wanted—weeks—to come and repair the scooter. In two months, I spent a month adding up days without leaving the house, without a motorcycle, and it was in the garage awaiting repair. I had to send them two pre-legal letters asking them to come pick it up and get a refund. They treated me like scum. They didn't refund my money. I called the owner of the company, who lives in Israel. They refunded me 350 pounds less. They accused me of using the motorcycle 269 miles in the month I could have used it because, in total, it was in the garage for a month. So I only got to use it for a month, and barely at all because it was making so much noise from loose parts that it scared me. I asked them: Did I go to France with the motorcycle and not realize it? 269 miles when I could barely use it? A NEW scooter, as they sold it to me. In such poor condition, defective.
Excuses for not returning the full amount. It's MY money. They'll return it to me updated without devaluing it. I'm not giving up. I'll complain all the time! BE CAREFUL when buying from Green Power. Don't get scammed like they did to me. I have proof of everything. I also filed a complaint with the DVLA and the DWP. I won't give them my money back, especially not with lies.
Green Power knows what it did, it knows it well. There are many complaints about the poor treatment of people with disabilities. Know that disabled people are not objects to be ridiculed.😥
